We have adopted Contemporary architecture in its general form, we offer a well defined space, a defined bathroom space / service area, a balanced outdoor garden and parking in our designs.
We have delivered detached houses, semi-detached, link detached developments, Townhouses, Function Hall, Pre Secondary School, Office space, Guest Houses, Student Hostel, Cinema. Our sites range across cities in Nigeria – Ikoyi, Lekki, Sogbotede, Enugu, Ilorin, Sagamu, Abuja, Ondo. Potential clients can view our portfolio by personal arrangement only.

Interior Design

OO&C offers design & project management services for corporate, retail, hospitality and residential projects. Our designers manage assessments, design, development, budgets and scheduling, as well as the construction and installation components of the project.

With one point of contact, processes are streamlined and budgets and schedules are kept in check. We can further offer a complete service overseeing work from trades such as painters, carpenters, plumbers or electricians or give you a plan to work to yourself.
Design & Build

We offer a full design and build service, designing your scheme from initial concept to fully costed design. We create exceptional living spaces, designed, constructed and meticulously planned to maximise contemporary living requirements, while emphasising your own personality, taste and design flair.
At the design phase, we draw up suggested designs to an agreed client brief. We offer a full architectural cad drawing service supplemented by 3D visuals, to help you fully visualise the proposed scheme.
Our design fees are extremely competitive and the fee structure very simple. We charge a fixed cost for concepts and planning, then a further fixed cost for the construction package. Once the build goes live, all project management fees are covered within the build price. The combined experience of our Design & Build team have in-depth knowledge of the requirements of your planning department.
Renovations

Residential & Commercial renovations are interesting and can be tricky depending on the complexity of the project. OO&C has a team with experience that caters for renovations. Our focus and determination are both solely centred around you, the client. With your vision and our expertise, you can be sure that your home & office renovation will capture your heart.
We are able to undertake your project from start to finish, as we employ skilled tradesmen including carpenters, bricklayers, joiners, plumbers, tilers, kitchen fitters, electricians and decorators. They are supported by our dedicated team of project managers and surveyors.
Design Review

OO&C runs a review service, the goal is to challenge and push the design further. “when you only include people who are familiar with the design, you don’t get the advantage of fresh perspective and ignorance. The most dangerous phrase during a design review is ” this is how we always do it.” The review team should be able to question and push on the design.
Potential clients are advised not to shy away from peer review, the benefits are enormous. ” Design reviews are certainly a place to do good. They are a great way to crush evil design defects. The focus is on the design decisions that have been made and the analysis validates those decisions. Everyone’s feedback is important.
The feedback from the design review are prioritized and turned into actionable items to be addressed for the next design milestone. Design reviews help teams access designs in a collaborative and dynamic setting and help assess design decisions and continuity in addressing the requirements of a project. OO&C recognises the flaws in the hospitality industry in Nigeria, from inadequate interior décor, poor plumbing design and fixtures, poor lighting, overdesigned guest rooms, which generally affects the bottom-line. We have experience with planning & refurbishing guest rooms, bathrooms – general plumbing works, meeting & conference rooms, restaurants & bars, external areas, commercial kitchen installations, HSE and others.
