OO&C was founded by Sola Ishola in 2008 with the vision to create well defined spaces, a good build and finish. We are a collaboration of seasoned professionals – Architects, Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Civil Engineers, Service Engineers & Trades.
We offer contemporary modern architectural concept to our clients, based on the materials available in our environment. The fundamentals of modern architecture are clean and simple. About Me
Hi, my name is Sola Ishola, With a passion for architecture and a hands-on approach to construction, I specialize in design and build projects in Lagos and the UK. Over the years, I have successfully delivered 25+ contemporary projects from concept to completion in Lagos, and a number of full renovation jobs in the London area.
In the UK, I provide expert guidance for my Nigerian clients looking to purchase properties, ensuring they make the right investment decisions. My expertise covers Design, Planning, Loft Conversions, Extensions, and Renovations, bringing a blend of creativity and functionality to every project.
I hold a BTech in Architecture from Rivers State University and an MSc in CAD Architecture from the University of East London. My background also includes IT & CRM certifications, adding a tech-driven approach to presentation, project management and efficiency.
A key part of my work involves Post-Occupancy Evaluations (POE)—analysing completed projects to ensure they meet functional and aesthetic expectations while improving future designs.
